Recently we welcomed a new face to the Emerald Gotcha Gutters team. Darren stepped into the role of Sales Representative and brought with him something we always value here — energy. Not just excitement to close deals, but genuine enthusiasm for helping people understand what we do and how we do it.

From day one, Darren jumped in. He asked the right questions, listened to what makes Emerald unique, and came ready to learn our systems. He is the kind of person who does not just show up to work. He shows up to represent the brand and make the homeowner feel like they made the right call.

We do not bring people on just to fill a role. We look for people who match the vision. People who care about the work and the customer experience. Darren gets it. And we are excited to have him as part of the crew.
