Challenge

The old flashing around the chimney was worn out and failing. Water was collecting behind the downspout area, causing debris buildup, leaks, and putting the roofline at risk.

Solution

We replaced the failing material with brand-new clean white flashing. The new install was cut and secured to properly redirect water away from the roof and chimney, eliminating weak spots and protecting both the gutter system and brickwork below.
