In this Herriman home improvement project, we tackled several critical issues to enhance drainage and prevent water damage. The old gutters were clogged with debris, leading to improper water flow, mildew buildup around the windows, and even water seeping under the roof. We installed brand-new gutters in a sleek Desert Sand color, ensuring a seamless match with the home’s exterior.

To optimize drainage, we moved and replaced downspouts, adding extensions to direct water safely away from the foundation. We also integrated a downspout into the gutter system, improving overall flow and reducing pooling issues. Additionally, we addressed structural concerns—repairing a massive gap in the gutter corners, fixing exposed nails on the roof, and replacing a messy, ineffective sealant that had been improperly applied near the siding.

The siding itself was cracking, allowing moisture to accumulate and causing mildew growth. With the proper adjustments and a clean, secure installation, this home is now fully protected from future water damage, with a strong, efficient gutter system built to last.

Our team carefully rebuilt their fascia, reinforcing it for added durability, and wrapped it in sleek, long-lasting aluminum for a polished, low-maintenance finish.
